Job summary

Legacy Restoration is seeking entry-level Sales Representatives to help attract new customers and grow our business in the Rochester area. This full-time role offers performance-based earnings with uncapped commissions and a robust benefits package including health, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, PTO, EAP, growth opportunities, life insurance, and a company 401(k) match.

Responsibilities

• canvass different neighborhoods around the area to engage with potential customers and increase interest in Legacy Restoration’s roofing, remodeling, and restoration services.
• Work independently, applying time-management skills and problem-solving abilities to close more deals.
• Interact with homeowners, assess remodeling needs, explain available services, and encourage customers to book a service.
• Track progress and adjust strategies as required to improve sales results.

If you are motivated by performance-based earnings, this role offers significant income growth. Average earnings of $100,000+/year with uncapped commissions. Your earnings grow directly with your sales. Higher performance means higher income.

YOUR DAY

As our entry-level Sales Representative, you'll spend your days canvassing different neighborhoods around the area, engaging with potential customers, and increasing interest in our high-quality roofing, remodeling, and restoration services. You'll work independently, so time management skills and problem-solving abilities are a must.

Always polite and professional, you'll engage with homeowners, learn about their remodeling needs, and perform roof inspections to get a firsthand look at their situation. You'll explain to customers what we can do for them and encourage them to book a service. As you make sales, you'll track your progress and adjust strategies as needed to close more deals!

YOUR HOURS

You'll work Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Depending on the season, you may also need to work Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
