uBreakiFix by Asurion in Huntsville, AL is hiring a Sales Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences in-store and on the phone. You will guide customers through our wireless repair, service and accessory options with a friendly, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build relationships with customers to find the right products and services for their lifestyle.
• Meet or exceed key performance objectives, including sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Describe and sell merchandise and services while explaining their use, operation, and care to customers.
• Assist with and participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business, including outbound calling, community involvement, and social media marketing.
• Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple-to-understand manner.
• Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers.
• Greet customers and answer calls in a friendly manner and maintain a positive work environment.
• Utilize the POS system to process payments, maintain customer records, and give real-time status updates for each repair.
• Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the store.
• Demonstrate knowledge of latest products and services; stay current on industry trends, pricing plans and promotions.

POSITION DETAILS

As a Sales Representative, you will focus on creating the best possible experience for our customers both on the phone and in person. You will be responsible for guiding the customer through the entire uBreakiFix by Asurion experience from start to finish and after. You will use a friendly, professional demeanor to build customer confidence and exceed expectations by making the store experience natural, engaging, and reassuring.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Listen and build relationships with customers to find the right products and services for their lifestyle.
• Meet or exceed key performance objectives, including sales and customer satisfaction goals.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-2 years experience in a sales environment and the ability to meet sales goals.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Bilingual spoken and written are also preferred but not required.

COMPENSATION

• Job Type: Full-time.
• Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 including uncapped commission (average commission of $750 per pay period with top earners averaging $1,400 per pay period).
• Shift: Day shift.
• Work Location: In person.

• Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour including commission.
