Champion Window is hiring Sunroom & Window Sales Representatives in Huntsville, AL. Leads provided, no cold calls, paid training. Earn $100,000–$200,000+ first year potential with a robust benefits package and ongoing coaching.

Role involves conducting in-home presentations, identifying customer needs, negotiating and closing sales, and attending daily training sessions. HS diploma or higher preferred; valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 40 lbs are required.

Qualifications

HS degree or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus.
Driver’s license and clean driving record.
Basic computer / Math skills.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities
