We're seeking a Sales Representative to drive business development and account growth in the Greater Greenville/Spartanburg construction market. If you’re a motivated sales professional with a construction background and strong technical acumen, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business and generate revenue in the commercial and construction markets.
• Expand relationships within existing accounts and increase market share.
• Provide technical consultations on forming, shoring, and scaffolding solutions.
• Assist with bids, material takeoffs, and project planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activity, customer interactions, and project progress.
• Present service offerings and technical capabilities to prospective clients.
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all client engagements.
• Travel within the territory; occasional overnight stays required.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience in the construction industry or a closely related field.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and visualize structural systems.
• Comfortable working with engineering and operations teams to deliver client solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong math skills: ability to calculate area, volume, percentages, and interpret scale drawings.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with scaffolding, shoring, or forming systems.
• Experience with CRM platforms or sales tracking tools.
• Prior exposure to contract terms, dispute resolution, and job site logistics.
