This is a part-time position with a potential career path into a Roofing Sales Consultant role for team members who demonstrate a strong work ethic, consistency, and success in canvassing.

Compensation

• $16.00 per hour
• $25 bonus for every qualified inspection you generate
• $125 bonus for every roofing project sold from your inspection
• Additional bonus opportunities for other services sold
• Unlimited bonus potential

What You'll Do

• Knock 300-400 doors per week in assigned neighborhoods
• Offer homeowners about our FREE exterior home condition reports
• Schedule qualified appointments for our field inspectors
• Log every homeowner interaction in our CRM
• Wear company-branded apparel and represent the company professionally
• Follow our proven canvassing script and process

Schedule

This is a part-time position focused on the hours when homeowners are most likely to be home.

• Weekdays: 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM (1-2 nights per week)
• Saturday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Later if desired)
• Sunday: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM (Later if desired)
• Additional hours or schedule adjustment may be requested following severe weather events, providing even more opportunities to earn bonuses.

Performance Expectations

• Knock 300-400 doors each week
• Maintain at least an 80% appointment confirmation rate
• Accurately document all activity in the CRM
• Consistently represent the 5 Star Roofing brand with professionalism and integrity
