We're looking for someone who already understands the pace, precision, and teamwork required in a surgical environment. This role offers the opportunity to expand your clinical knowledge, develop your sales skills, and become a trusted resource to surgeons and hospital teams throughout the Grand Rapids territory.

What you'll do

• Provide in-case support across a variety of primary, revision, and complex orthopedic procedures
• Prepare for upcoming cases by staying current on surgical schedules and physician needs
• Help ensure implants, instruments, and product are available and ready when needed
• Transport and deliver implants and instrument sets to support cases
• Assist with onsite inventory, restocking, and expired-product management
• Partner closely with the Sales and Operations teams to maintain case readiness
• Provide after-hours and on-call support when surgical needs arise
• Build strong working relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital partners

What we're looking for

Candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply:

• Orthopedic experience or Operating room experience required
• Surgical technology or sterile processing
• Athletic training or other orthopedic clinical roles
• Implant, instrument, or case logistics
• Healthcare sales involving surgeons or hospital accounts

The strongest candidates will be:

• Comfortable working in the OR and communicating with clinical teams
• Calm, prepared, and adaptable when schedules or case needs change
• Highly dependable and willing to take ownership
• Eager to develop deeper knowledge of orthopedic procedures and products
• Comfortable with frequent driving throughout the territory and managing an independent schedule
• Willing to support early-morning, evening, and occasional after-hours cases

A four-year bachelor's degree is required, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to travel regularly throughout the Grand Rapids area.
