Outbound Sales Representative needed for a start-up business. Work from home, at your pace, and build relationships with Small, Medium, and Large US-based Companies.

We are looking for outbound agents to join our team as Contractors working in the US Telecom and Technology Industry.

Learn and leverage the latest in Telecom and Technology Solutions including Wide Area Networking (Public and Private), Contact Center, Cloud Storage, VoIP, Cyber Insurance, Cyber Security, Information Security, and many others to provide solutions for your customers.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

  • - Part-time, Independent Contractor positions

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • - Make calls to prospective (business) customers about Telco and Technology services (VoIP, Cable, Satellite, Cyber Security, etc.), and build relationships with the relevant decision-makers as their independent, unbiased consultant
  • - Use a Consultative Sales Procedure to gather information about what the caller is interested in and match those responses to a particular product offering
  • - Create accurate customer accounts, document activity, and leverage HubSpot as a Customer Resource Management (CRM) tool
  • - Create a lead generation and/or sales pipeline for themselves as well as 3rd party partners of our Company
  • - Must be independent, flexible, and capable of multi-tasking and thriving in an environment with shifting priorities
  • - Convert warm leads, set follow-up appointments, and document research/findings

REQUIREMENTS

  • - Work experience in this Industry is a plus, but not required
  • - Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and other computer-based systems
  • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • - Availability of equipment (laptop/desktop computer) and stable internet to perform duties
  • - Professional work environment that is quiet and suitable for Work From Homeactivities
  • - Professional and courteous demeanor
  • - Flexibility of working hours Mondays to Fridays between the hours of 9am to 5pm
