Job summary

Champion Window and Home Exteriors is hiring a Sales Representative to conduct in-home presentations for prospective customers. You will identify needs, educate clients on energy efficient window solutions, and use a proven sales process to close deals.

The role includes daily coaching, paid training, and access to pre-qualified appointments. A driven, assertive salesperson can achieve strong earnings and career growth with our 60+ year history and national footprint.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build trust and educate customers during in-home presentations
• Comfort with travel and driving to customer homes

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers
• Identify customer needs and utilize Champion’s proven sales presentation
• Negotiate and close the sale
• Participate in daily sales and training meetings and coaching sessions
