Job summary

Champion Window and Home Exteriors is hiring a Sunroom and Window Sales Representative to join our in-home sales team. Leads provided, no cold calling, paid training, and a proven sales process to help you succeed.

Enjoy unlimited earning potential, with a first-year range of $100,000 to $200,000 plus, plus a robust benefits package including health, dental, 401(k), and ongoing coaching. Must be driven, coachable, and customer-focused.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience helpful but not required.
• Driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers.
• Identify customer needs and present Champion’s sales solutions.
• Negotiate and close the sale with prospective customers.
• Participate in daily sales meetings and coaching sessions.
