Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and execute outbound strategies, including cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to identify and engage decision-makers.
  • Pitch customized waste and recycling services, highlighting efficiency, cost savings, and sustainability benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, pipelines, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with account management and operations teams to ensure seamless lead conversion and client satisfaction.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Proven outbound sales experience, preferably in industrial or B2B environments.
