Total Quality Logistics is seeking entry-level sales representatives in Erlanger, KY. No experience required; a paid, hands-on training program in sales and logistics is provided.

You will build relationships, negotiate freight deals, and manage shipments from pickup to delivery on a daily basis. Expect a highly competitive environment and a base compensation range of $40,000–$50,000 in your first year, with uncapped commission and potential six-figure earnings after a few years based on

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book
• Use your training to meet sales metrics and become eligible for commission.
• Establish relationships to close new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
