Fish Window Cleaning North County is seeking a Full or Part-time Sales Representative. You will expand our commercial client base with direct sales, follow up on estimates, and secure both commercial and residential accounts from on-site visits.

The role offers base pay plus commission and bonus, no nights or weekends, and year-round work. Equipment and uniforms are provided, with growth opportunities within the company.

Fish Window Cleaning is looking for Full or Part-time Sales Representative for our operation.

• We clean windows inside and out on commercial and residential buildings three stories or less. We do no high rise! Everything is done from the ground or on a ladder for some residential tasks.
• Additional services include: Power Washing, Gutter cleaning, Chandelier cleaning

Job Responsibilities:

• Strategically expand our commercial customer base through direct cold call sales effort.
• Acquire new commercial customers through subcontracting from cleaning, maintenance and property management companies.
• Acquire new commercial and residential customers through follow-up phone calls for written estimates given on site.
• Acquire new commercial and residential customers through follow-up phone calls to key contacts made during direct sales effort.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver’s license to be considered for employment.
