HomeWorks Energy is hiring a Home Energy Specialist to perform Mass Save Home Energy Assessments and model homes in energy efficiency software. You will diagnose energy usage issues and recommend energy-saving measures such as insulation and high-efficiency HVAC systems.
The role includes sales and customer service to secure service contracts, installation of energy-saving products, and accurate paperwork, with travel required and the chance to grow with fast-paced training and support.
Position Type: This is a full-time, sales exempt position. This position provides in-depth paid training when you begin your career here at HWE.
Compensation: This is a commission-based role with average earnings of $95,000 annually - top earners have potential to earn $250,000+ annually. Holiday and Paid time off are paid at $20 per hour.
