HomeWorks Energy is seeking a Home Energy Specialist to perform Mass Save home energy assessments, model homes, and diagnose energy usage problems. You will recommend insulation, high-efficiency HVAC, LED lighting, and other energy-saving measures.

This is a full-time, sales exempt position. This position provides in-depth paid training when you begin your career here at HWE.
This is a commission-based role with average earnings of $95,000 annually - top earners have potential to earn $250,000+ annually. Holiday and Paid time off are paid at $20 per hour.
The Home Energy Specialist is responsible for helping homeowners become more energy efficient by performing Mass Save Home Energy Assessments. This role will be modeling homes in energy efficiency software, diagnosing energy usage problems and recommending energy saving measures such as insulation, and high efficiency heating and cooling.
