HomeWorks Energy, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative (Home Energy Specialist) in Bethel, Connecticut. This full-time role involves performing energy assessments to help homeowners improve energy efficiency, providing customer education, and initiating service contracts.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, experience in sales and customer service, and strong communication skills. Compensation is commission-based, with average annual earnings of $95,000, plus commissions and benefits.
Position Type: This is a full-time, sales exempt position. This position provides in-depth paid training when you begin your career here at HWE.
Compensation: This is a commission-based role with average earnings of $95,000 annually - top earners have potential to earn $250,000+ annually. Holiday and Paid time off are paid at $20 per hour.
The Home Energy Specialist is responsible for helping homeowners become more energy efficient by performing Energize CT energy assessments. This role will be modeling homes in energy efficiency software, diagnosing energy usage problems and recommending energy saving measures such as insulation, and high efficiency heating and cooling.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This is an individual contributor position with no supervisory responsibilities.
