Fiesta Auto Insurance G&P is hiring a Sales Representative to join our team in California. You will deliver excellent customer service, educate customers on insurance products, and generate leads while meeting sales goals.

The role offers full-time hours (35–45 per week), paid training, and a path to Broker's licensure. Competitive earnings from $50,000 to $125,000 annually with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; A.A. degree a plus.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Willingness to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance Broker's License.
• Bilingual (Spanish speaking) candidates highly encouraged to apply.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Availability Monday-Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM, Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM.

Responsibilities

• Deliver WOW-level customer service with enthusiasm and care.
• Assist customers with payments both in-person and over the phone.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
• Meet with potential clients to assess and educate on insurance products.
• Multitask effectively while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage and generate leads to build lasting client relationships.
