Responsibilities
  1. Call on prospective customers and maintain contacts to understand their requirements.
  2. Sell Sulzer CSS Package products and services, including technical selection, hydraulic modifications, and calculations.
  3. Develop new customers and sales opportunities within existing accounts.
  4. Negotiate orders, covering technical, commercial, and legal details.
  5. Travel to customer sites for face-to-face engagement.
  6. Secure and renew orders, coordinate delivery schedules.
  7. Entertain customers as appropriate within budget constraints.
  8. Maintain sales records and activity reports.
  9. Follow up on overdue invoices professionally.
  10. Focus on customer satisfaction, especially for Alliance clients.
  11. Stay informed on new products and industry trends.
  12. Address customer complaints and ensure resolution.
  13. Maintain company assets and vehicle cleanliness.
  14. Foster good internal relationships and participate in industry organizations.
  15. Adhere to company policies and perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least three years’ experience in pump quoting, marketing, or engineering (API 610 preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English.
