Job summary

Design Roofing Enterprises in Austin is seeking ambitious commission-based Roofing & Construction Sales Representatives to build a real book of business from day one. This 1099 role offers company-provided leads, full training, licensing handled by the company, and a clear growth path as the team scales.

You will generate opportunities, manage a pipeline with a CRM, and guide homeowners through retail and storm-restoration projects from first contact to close.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Generate your own opportunities through prospecting, door knocking, networking, referrals, and direct property-owner outreach across the Austin area
• Work company-provided leads alongside your self-generated pipeline
• Identify roofing opportunities and conduct basic inspections
• Guide homeowners through retail and storm-restoration projects, from first conversation to close
