Job summary

SERVPRO of Dover/Middletown is hiring a Sales Representative. You will increase brand awareness and share the SERVPRO story, meet new people, and be motivated by sales goals with strong communication skills in person and online.

As a Sales Representative, you will educate clients about brand benefits, develop relationships, participate in events, document leads, and help drive revenue in your territory to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of direct sales experience.
• Strong process and results-driven attitude.
• Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients about SERVPRO brand benefits and competitive advantages.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with sales territory contacts through daily marketing calls.
• Increase brand awareness by participating in marketing events and CE classes.
• Use marketing software to document daily marketing calls and track lead activity.
• Provide revenue updates and reports to management on your assigned territory.
• Grow territory revenue by consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the competitive advantages of using SERVPRO and gain the ability to effectively educate clients and customers about brand benefits
• Build, maintain, and strengthen professional relationships with contacts in sales territory by conducting daily marketing calls
• Increase brand awareness by participating in marketing events such as professional associations, lunch‑and‑learns, and continuing education (CE) classes
• Utilize marketing software to document daily marketing calls and track all lead activity and opportunities
• Provide management with revenue updates and reports around your assigned sales territory
• Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving and exceeding sales territory goals

Position Requirements
