You will manage inbound and outbound calls, engage in money conversations, and use feedback to improve. The position offers structured training, performance-based bonuses, and a Monday-Saturday schedule with Sundays off.

Job Scope

This role requires someone who is comfortable:

• handling hesitation or rejection
• making outbound calls
• staying engaged in conversations that may feel uncomfortable at times

Preferred Experience

• Customer service, sales, or collections experience

  Strong communication skills
  Ability to learn quickly and adapt
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings
• Reliable form of personal transportation and valid Driver’s License
• Fluent in English and Spanish a plus
