Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Sales Representative to drive community sales and guide prospects from inquiry to move-in, in partnership with the Sales Director to meet occupancy goals. In this role you will build relationships with referral sources, execute outreach plans, and maintain strong customer service while promoting Spectrum in a positive, professional manner.

You should be highly organized, able to manage multiple leads, perform data entry, and work both independently

Qualifications

• SeniorLiving sales experience preferred.
• Must be highly organized, focused, and motivated to work.
• Excellent data entry and typing skills.
• Proficient computer skills, verbal and written, and routinely follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members at all levels of the community and corporate operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer service focus.
• Promote Spectrum in a positive manner and lead by example, modeling our core values in everyday behavior.
• Minimum requirement of high school diploma or equivalent.

The responsibility of the Sales Representative is to perform community sales activities by effectively moving prospects/referral sources through the sales process to close. Working directly with the Sales Director to achieve occupancy goals.
