Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Work from your home-based office - Sales Representative

Compensation Range: $50,000 - $95,000. This is a true work-from-home position for sales professionals. Whether you are experienced or new to sales, we offer training to help you succeed from your home office. We also have a part-time platform for those interested in becoming referring agents.

Job Description
  • We help protect families financially.
  • We work in equity & mortgage protection, debt elimination, infinite banking, final expense, retirement planning, and retirement preparation.
  • Our services are highly valued by families seeking our programs.
Job Duties
  • Follow up with responders sent into our office by potential clients and schedule appointments. Full-time agents will conduct these appointments; part-time or referring agents will have others do so.
  • Connect with families via in-person meetings or video chats to find suitable protection plans.
  • Complete electronic applications and follow-up paperwork.
  • Report your performance metrics to the home office.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training.
  • Our sales reps do NOT cold-call or prospect; we provide leads.
  • This is a 100% commission-only, sole proprietorship, 1099 sales position.

Qualifications
  • Possess or be willing to obtain a State Life Insurance License (assistance available).
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the USA.
  • Pass criminal background check and drug screening.

  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficient with smartphone, computer, and iPad.
  • Own a computer or tablet with a webcam.
  • Excellent communication skills.
