What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a competitive base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales results, with potential incentives based on performance. No prior experience is needed as we provide all necessary training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $30.00 base per appointment (not based on sales) or a performance-based commission. There is potential to earn more, with a guaranteed income even during off weeks.

Training and Career Development

With over 40 years of training success, we help our reps develop sales, networking, and communication skills valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers.

Work Schedule and Environment

We assist our reps in creating flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time, around other commitments. After training, most work from home or locally, with meetings and training held in our office.
