1st year total compensation (base + commission) is expected to be $60,000 - $70,000.

This employee is responsible for sales to hospitals, oncology, rehabilitation centers, and referral sources with enteral patient needs.

Responsibilities include:

1. All aspects of enteral nutrition care for the home tube-fed patient and related activities.
2. Identify and develop new referral sources, aiming to obtain a predetermined number of enteral setups from new sources each month.
3. Participate in vendor fairs, exhibits, and luncheons.
4. Conduct in-service education for referral sources on enteral equipment use and application.
5. Respect patient rights and conduct business ethically.
6. Perform sales activities within a designated territory, track activities via Sales Force, and promote services to healthcare providers.
7. Monitor patient responses and outcomes related to care or services provided.
8. Educate patients on safe and effective enteral feeding practices.
9. Provide continuous, coordinated patient care tailored to their needs.
10. Engage in community education about medical nutrition services.
11. Maintain a minimum monthly patient census and manage related logistics.
12. Promote safe environments and proper use of feeding equipment.
13. Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance competence.
14. Handle patient information confidentially and securely.
15. Implement infection control practices.
16. Drive to deliver and pick up supplies such as formula, feeding pumps, and related equipment.
17. Record sales and delivery information accurately.
18. Address service complaints within scope of practice.
19. Set up sales displays and distribute promotional materials.
20. Secure customer signatures for admissions, pickups, or deliveries.
21. Communicate with the Enteral Intake Team as needed.
