Lincoln Tech Grand Prairie campus is seeking an Admissions Sales Representative to drive enrollment growth in skilled trades education. You will identify, engage, and enroll prospective students through consultative selling and relationship building.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Admissions Rep experience required.
• Sales, recruitment, and education sales experience with accountability.
• Results driven, self motivated; willing to make 150+ calls per day.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Experience in education sales or B2C sales preferred.
• Ability to take and implement coaching.
• Comfortable with technology and able to use effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compelling presentations about Lincoln Tech programs and career outcomes.
• Guide prospects through the enrollment process from initial contact to program start.
• Build relationships with prospective students and families through consultative selling.

What You’ll Bring
