Job summary

Connectivity Source | T-Mobile Authorized Retailer in Kingsville, Texas, is looking for a dedicated retail associate to act as the face of the company, generating sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role requires open work availability including weekends and holidays.

The ideal candidate will be 18 years or older and capable of standing for long periods, as well as lifting items up to 25 pounds. This position offers an hourly pay range of $19 to $23, along with various benefits and bonuses.

Compensation

Average all‑in pay range with bonuses and spiffs: $19 to $23 per hour.

New hire bonus ramp‑up structure available, with a simple $400 payout.
