Job summary

Lincare in Bloomfield, CT is seeking a driven sales professional to grow our Home INR Testing Services within a designated territory. The role blends remote and local work, building strong relationships with medical referral sources to meet targets.

You will educate partners on equipment, maintain CRM records, and contribute to forecasts while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory policies. A results‑oriented, self-directed mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven sales background, preferably in the medical/healthcare field.
• Operate independently and manage a sales territory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Achieves monthly referral goals for INR Home Testing and grows tests from referrals.
• Identifies and cultivates new referral sources.
• Conducts in-service sessions for referral sources to educate them on equipment.
• Addresses and resolves complaints from referral sources.
• Develops and implements strategic plans for managing the sales territory.
• Provides marketing materials and information to customers as requested.
• Maintains CRM records and submits reports as required.
• Follows up with lost-to-competition referrals to identify service issues.
• Assists in the preparation of sales forecasts.
• Checks and responds to emails daily.
• Adheres to OSHA, DOT, FDA, and Emergency Planning guidelines.

This employee will drive the growth of the organization's Home INR Testing Services within a designated sales territory.

• Requires a dynamic individual who can effectively operate both remotely and locally, with a strong ability to buildand maintain relationships with referral sources in the medical community
• Must be self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of managing a diverse range of responsibilities to achieve sales targets

JOB FUNCTIONS

• Achieves predetermined monthly referral goals for INR Home Testing and consistently grows the number of testsfrom new and existing referral sources
• Identifies and cultivates new referral sources
• Conducts in-service sessions for referral sources to educate them on the use and application of Remote CardiacServices' equipment
• Proactively addresses and resolves any complaints from referral sources
• Develops and implements strategic plans for managing the sales territory
• Provides marketing materials and information to customers as requested
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of sales calls and activities in the CRM system, submitting reports asrequired
• Follows up with lost-to-competition referral sources to identify service issues and reports findings tomanagement for improvement
• Assists in the preparation of sales forecasts
• Checks and resposes to emails daily
• Adheres to all applicable safety and regulatory policies, including OSHA, DOT, FDA, and Emergency Planningguidelines
