Job description

IST Management is actively hiring senior-level talent for the role of Sales Executive - Regional Vice President on our national Facilities Management sales team. As a member of the sales team at IST, you'll help us discover and close new prospects in the world of facilities management. You should have prior experience selling services such as mail, copy, and records management to law firms and other organizations. A strong business network and potential book of business are advantageous. We offer up to 13% uncapped commission, and eligible RVPs are awarded equity shares.

Qualifications:
  1. A proven track record of selling Facilities Management services for at least 10 years.
  2. The drive to earn more.

Compensation :

We offer a comprehensive benefits package and paid time off. The base salary ranges from $80,000 to $300,000 or more, with uncapped commissions up to 13% based on sales of our FM support services. Plus, you can work from your home office!

Responsibilities :
  1. Develop new business and expand existing facilities management accounts.
  2. Participate in industry networking events to build relationships.
  3. Respond to client requests and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications :
  • At least 10 years of experience selling Facilities Management services, especially in the legal sector.
  • Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to build and foster business relationships.
  • Persuasive communication and presentation skills.
