Job description

IST Management is actively hiring senior-level talent for the role of Regional Vice President (RVP) on our national Facilities Management sales team. As a member of the sales team, you will help us discover and close new prospects in facilities management, with experience selling services such as mail, copy, and records management to law firms and other organizations. Candidates should have a strong book of business and existing business relationships. We offer up to 13% uncapped commission, and eligible RVPs are awarded equity shares.

To qualify for this role, you'll need:

1. A proven track record of selling Facilities Management services for at least 10 years.
2. The drive to earn more.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary ranges from $80,000 to $300,000 or more, with uncapped commissions up to 13%.
