Job description

Job Title: Sales, Regional Sales Manager - AllParts Medical (Southeast, Field-Based)

In this role, you will manage AllParts sales and marketing activities, and provide technical expertise in the South West US Region.

Your role:

1. Sell the entire line of AllParts products and develop, manage, and continuously update the Region Business Plan to maximize competitive advantage.
2. Demonstrate and promote AllParts products at regional and national trade shows.
3. Meet or exceed the regional sales budget and make sales calls in the South West Region to all customer types.

You're the right fit if:

1. You have 5+ years of experience in medical sales or service experience.
2. Your skills include detailed knowledge of the AllParts Business and multivendor systems.
3. You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent in education and experience (preferred).
4. You can successfully perform the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements for this Sales position, with or without accommodations.
5. You are an excellent sales leader with the ability to build customer relationships.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively conducted outside of the main facilities, at customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings include base salary plus target incentive, ranging from $157,250 to $187,000 annually at 85%-120% performance achievement, plus a company fleet/car. Total compensation may vary based on individual performance.

Our compensation package also includes PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and more. Details are available here.
