We are looking for self-motivated leaders with a drive to succeed both professionally and financially . Recruiters are responsible for partnering with the District Manager and Vice President of their territory to identify top talent for our growing print and digital sales teams. Our company is growing substantially, and we are looking for highly motivated, energetic hiring managers to help us achieve our goals. You will play the most critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.

What You’ll Do:

  • Use various sourcing techniques (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals).
  • Engage passive candidates through outreach.
  • Review resumes and applications.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Conduct virtual interviews with candidates.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Promote the company’s employer brand through job postings, social media, and career events.
  • Work with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
