Job summary

Owner is seeking a recruiter to join our remote-first team, helping scale our AI-native system for restaurant owners. You will source and assess candidates across full-cycle hiring, with comfort operating at volume and engaging senior stakeholders.

Based in the Greater Toronto Area, you will be willing to come into the office for large events. We offer a CAD 80,000–90,000 base salary with a generous pre-IPO equity package, comprehensive health coverage, a remote-first workplace, and unlimited

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience across full-cycle or sourcing, with comfort operating at volume.
• Sound judgment evaluating candidates who have no quantitative performance record, and confidence to hold recommendations with senior stakeholders.

Pay and benefits:

• The estimated base salary range is $80,000-$90,000 CAD, plus a generous pre-IPO equity package.
