Job Description

As a Sales Recruiter, you’ll directly impact the company's growth trajectory by attracting and hiring top talent. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to focus on delivering their respective headcount plans per month/quarter, work closely to understand upcoming attrition forecasts, and build a proactive talent pipeline and hiring plans to meet hiring demands.

● Experiment with new ways to optimize our processes to solve business challenges while upholding an excellent candidate experience.
● Drive the candidate evaluation process end-to-end and manage offer delivery and negotiations.
● Identify innovative sourcing strategies via social media, employer branding initiatives, and networking.
● Leverage data to make informed decisions regarding recruiting process changes and advise stakeholders.
● Monitor, track, and deliver against individual KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, particularly in sales or high-volume recruiting.
  • Ability to analyze candidate funnel data and industry hiring trends to advise hiring teams.
