GAPS National Sales Recruiter will be responsible for hiring sales & marketing professionals nationwide.

What You Will Do:

Our in-house recruiter will prescreen candidates, conduct phone introductory calls, phone interviews, in person interviews and be involved in the entire hiring process as well as minimal post hire on boarding HR paperwork. Our National Recruiter will source talent that has both industry and non-industry related sales experience and demonstrate/explain our products, services, and aggressive compensation plan. Our recruiter will handle all Q & A with potential candidates.
