Northwestern Mutual Gilbert District Office seeks a Director of Selection to lead sourcing, recruiting and selecting Financial Representatives. The role builds community relationships, develops centers of influence (COIs), generates referrals and promotes the Northwestern Mutual career to drive officer growth.
The Director of Selection creates and leads the recruiting plan, achieves activity and growth goals, and collaborates with other recruiters to share leads and best practices.
This role is responsible for all recruitment efforts of the Northwestern Mutual Gilbert District Office. The process of sourcing, recruiting and selecting financial representatives (FR) is conducted and continuously improved by this individual. This person holds the primary responsibility in the office to build high-level quality relationships in the community and to promote the Northwestern Mutual career, generate referrals and develop centers of influence (COIs). The Director of Selection plays a key role in creating and leading the recruiting plan to reach activity and growth goals of the office. Creativity, exceptional communication skills and drive to achieve are critical in this position.

Salary $50,000 - $60,000 + Bonus Potential
