Cavender Auto Group is seeking a part-time Sales Receptionist who is detail-oriented and customer-focused. You will greet guests, answer calls, and support the sales team while maintaining a polished reception area.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors in a professional, friendly manner, creating a welcoming first impression.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
• Direct customers to the appropriate department or staff member.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, showroom, and waiting lounge.
• Handle basic clerical duties such as filing, scanning, copying, etc.
• Assist the sales teams with admin support as needed.
• Log customer information accurately in the CRM.
• Provide accurate information regarding dealership hours, promotions, etc.
• Uphold a professional appearance and comply with dealership policies.

What You'll Do

As a PT Sales Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service for our valued guests and effective communication for leadership and staff.

Your work will include:
