Clinic Hours: Mon-Thu 8:30am-6pm, Fri-Sat 8:30am-5pm

Position Summary:

We are hiring a full-time Sales Receptionist in Oshkosh, WI, to greet clients, provide excellent customer service, and support sales goals through upselling services and promotions. The role involves administrative duties to assist the Sales Manager in daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure positive client experiences.
• Handle incoming calls for scheduling and inquiries.
• Confirm appointments, communicate with clients, and maintain records.
• Assist in achieving sales goals through upselling and building client relationships.
• Support the Sales Manager with follow-up calls and promotional notifications.
• Assist with clinic upkeep and support staff needs.
• Process transactions and perform opening/closing duties.
• Complete administrative tasks like filing and photocopying.

Requirements:
