Job Summary:
The Sales Receptionist plays a key role in delivering a welcoming and professional first impression for guests and clients. This position is responsible for preparing the sales office for tour arrivals, greeting and checking in visitors, managing physical inventory, and ensuring a smooth and engaging front-of-house experience. Will work as a part of the Sales Administration team with a Remote Sales Administrator for your location.
Job Summary:
The Sales Receptionist plays a key role in delivering a welcoming and professional first impression for guests and clients. This position is responsible for preparing the sales office for tour arrivals, greeting and checking in visitors, managing physical inventory, and ensuring a smooth and engaging front-of-house experience. Will work as a part of the Sales Administration team with a Remote Sales Administrator for your location.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and check in tour guests, providing a friendly and informative introduction to the office.
Prepare the sales office each day to ensure a polished and inviting environment for client visits.
Coordinate with the remote Sales Admin to ensure guest records and schedules are up to date.
Maintain and organize onsite sales materials and office inventory.
Act as a communication liaison between onsite sales staff and remote administrative support.
Qualifications:
Previous Experience In a Receptionist Or Front-of-house Role Preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
Proficient in basic office software and scheduling tools.
Work Environment:
This is an onsite role requiring regular interaction with clients and team members in a dynamic, customer-facing setting.
