Job summary

Freedom Outdoors in Richmond, VA is seeking motivated team members with open weekday availability who enjoy helping customers and delivering outstanding service. The role includes assisting shoppers, managing profiles, and processing transactions at the 6020 W Broad St location.

As part of the team, you may train as a Range Safety Officer and help with range operations, promotions, memberships, and events. Typical schedules offer 15–30 hours per week with openings, mid, and closing shifts.

• Firearm knowledge preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with product selection and recommendations.
• Create and update customer profiles.
• Inform customers about promotions, memberships, and special events.
• Process retail transactions accurately.
• Serve as a Range Safety Officer (training provided).
• Rent range lanes and assist customers with targets, ammunition, rentals, and accessories.
• Work with teammates to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
