Job summary

Freedom Shooting Center is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate / Range Safety Officer with open weekday availability to join our Virginia Beach team. You will welcome customers, offer product guidance, rent lanes, and assist with targets and range accessories while ensuring safety standards.

The role includes processing sales, updating profiles, and promoting promotions and memberships. A team-oriented, customer-focused attitude is essential, with firearm knowledge a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Open weekday availability Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and work well in a team environment.
• Firearm knowledge is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Help customers find products and make knowledgeable recommendations.
• Create and update customer profiles; inform customers about promotions and memberships.
• Process retail sales and provide outstanding service.
• Serve as Range Safety Officer to ensure a safe shooting experience.
• Rent range lanes and assist customers with targets, ammunition, and range gear.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
