Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Project Manager for our Waterworks Division. This role involves providing administrative project support, with occasional on-site client visits. Responsibilities include managing project scope, specifications, requirements, monitoring progress, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely delivery.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage all aspects of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are on time and within budget.
  2. Recommend suitable products and services to clients.
  3. Execute projects in accordance with organizational methodologies and plans.
  4. Establish and maintain effective relationships with major accounts and customers.
  5. Respond to branch inquiries, providing high-quality customer service.
  6. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
  7. Supervise project progress, resolve operational issues, and minimize delays.
  8. Work directly with partners and clients on project scope, specifications, and calculations.
  9. Conduct project meetings and prepare status reports.
  10. Allocate resources and assign tasks to meet project targets.
  11. Assist program/project managers to adhere to project plans.
Qualifications
  1. Experience with construction industry products, especially waterworks or related fields.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in Construction Project Management or as a Project Coordinator.
  3. Preferably 2+ years of Waterworks experience.
  4. Experience with industrial or commercial plumbing is considered.
  5. Familiarity with digital takeoff and estimating software like PlanSwift or Bid Tracer.
  6. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and adaptability to new technologies.
  7. Salesforce experience is preferred.
  8. Valid driver’s license required.

Pay Range: $21.38 - $46.22 per hour/monthly, depending on location and experience. This role is eligible for bonuses or incentives.
