Sales & Project Manager – Disaster Restoration

Lake Bluff, IL | Full-Time Base: $60,000 – $120,000 + Uncapped Bonuses

Join United Services by Permaco Inc., a trusted leader in disaster restoration since 1981. We help homeowners and businesses recover after unexpected events—and we’re looking for a driven Sales & Project Manager to be part of that mission.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate leads
• Effectively convey our services to turn leads into sales and manage projects until finished
• Create and execute project plans, budgets, and timelines
• Document jobs, secure approvals, and support the full job lifecycle
• Participate in an on-call rotation as a first responder

What We’re Looking For

• Background in sales, construction, estimating, or insurance adjusting
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
• Calm, compassionate approach in high-stress situations
• Experience with CRM, estimating, or project management tools
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
