United Flow Technologies is seeking a Sales Project Coordinator for our Milford, Ohio office. The role focuses on coordinating equipment orders and supporting the sales process in the water and wastewater industry.

You will work on-site five days a week in Milford, OH, handling project administration, vendor communications, and reporting to ensure timely delivery and accuracy. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of relevant experience and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure projects/orders in QuickBase.
• Handle requests from senior managers and sales staff about equipment orders.
• Prepare and distribute regular reports in QuickBase; maintain project docs in SharePoint.
• Be the point of contact for manufacturers, GCs, and customers; communicate order updates.
• Provide updates to accounting on projected delivery dates of equipment.

United Flow Technologies (UFT) is hiring a Sales Project Coordinator for our Milford, Ohio office. The Sales Project Coordinator will perform a variety of project coordination tasks associated with equipment sales for the water/ wastewater treatment industry. The Sales Project Coordinator will ensure a smooth project lifecycle for all equipment orders.

This position requires working on-site in our Milford, OH office 5 days a week.

• Responsible for the daily administration, configuration, maintenance, accounting of projects/orders in the QuickBase environment
• Handling requests and queries from senior managers and sales staff associated with equipment orders
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports in QuickBase and distribute as requested
• Maintain purchase orders, submittals, O&M manuals, and other project documentation in SharePoint
• Act as the point of contact for manufacturers and general contractors, and customers
• Maintain consistent communication with manufacturers to ensure accurate updates to orders are entered into QuickBase on a routine basis
• Provide updates to accounting staff on projected delivery dates of equipment
• 2+ years of project coordination or sales support experience; preferably within water / wastewater, construction or general contractor industries
• Working experience with Quickbase & Quickbooks highly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task with changing priorities
• Must be comfortable working on-site in Milford, OH
