Job summary

United Flow Technologies is hiring a Sales Project Coordinator for our Milford, Ohio office. The role supports equipment sales in the water and wastewater market, ensuring a smooth project lifecycle from order to delivery.

On-site work five days a week is required. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in project coordination or sales support, comfort with QuickBase/QuickBooks, and strong communication and organizational skills to liaise with manufacturers and customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project coordination or sales support experience, preferably in water/wastewater, construction, or general contracting.
• Experience with QuickBase and QuickBooks preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
• Must be comfortable working on-site in Milford, OH.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain projects/orders in QuickBase.
• Handle requests from senior managers and sales staff.
• Prepare regularly scheduled reports in QuickBase.
• Maintain purchase orders, submittals, O&M manuals, and project docs in SharePoint.
• Act as point of contact for manufacturers, contractors, and customers.
• Maintain updates with manufacturers for order status in QuickBase.
• Provide updates to accounting on delivery dates.

United Flow Technologies (UFT) is hiring a Sales Project Coordinator for our Milford, Ohio office. The Sales Project Coordinator will perform a variety of project coordination tasks associated with equipment sales for the water/ wastewater treatment industry. The Sales Project Coordinator will ensure a smooth project lifecycle for all equipment orders.

This position requires working on-site in our Milford, OH office 5 days a week.

What you'll do:

• Responsible for the daily administration, configuration, maintenance, accounting of projects/orders in the QuickBase environment
• Handling requests and queries from senior managers and sales staff associated with equipment orders
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports in QuickBase and distribute as requested
• Maintain purchase orders, submittals, O&M manuals, and other project documentation in SharePoint
• Act as the point of contact for manufacturers and general contractors, and customers
• Maintain consistent communication with manufacturers to ensure accurate updates to orders are entered into QuickBase on a routine basis
• Provide updates to accounting staff on projected delivery dates of equipment

What you bring:

• 2+ years of project coordination or sales support experience; preferably within water / wastewater, construction or general contractor industries
• Working experience with Quickbase & Quickbooks highly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task with changing priorities
• Must be comfortable working on-site in Milford, OH
