Selling pest control services to residential and commercial businesses goes far beyond controlling pests. It's about forming long-lasting relationships with your clients, providing peace of mind, and acting as a liaison between your clients and coworkers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION:

• Polite, friendly customer service
• Sales appointment scheduling
• Cold calling/outside and inside sales
• Inspections, knowledge of service and retail items, critical thinking to provide solutions to various pest problems
• Reporting to Management
• Ability to work cohesively with office staff, and service technicians to ensure work completion
• Collecting payments when necessary
• Follow up of sales contacts
• Various other tasks approved by branch manager or Sales Director
