Service Corporation International is seeking a Family Service Counselor to serve families by coordinating at-need cemetery arrangements and selling pre-need plans. You will be the primary contact, delivering compassionate, personalized service and helping generate revenue for the cemetery.
The role requires strong communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills, with the flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.

The Family Service Counselor serves families by providing exemplary personalized service and plays an essential role in generating revenue for the cemetery as well as acting as the primary contact for families.
Target Compensation Range: $50,000 to $100,000 annually.
The estimated total target compensation for this position in the first year typically ranges from $50,000 to $100,000 annually based on a strong commission-based incentive structure. In subsequent years, sales professionals commonly earn $100,000 to $150,000 or more annually. Actual compensation will vary based on individual performance, geographic location, and applicable business conditions. (Note: As part of the total compensation plan, this position pays no less than $16.50 per hour for all hours worked)
