Job summary

Service Corporation International is seeking a Family Service Counselor to support families by presenting cemetery and pre-need options with empathy and professionalism. You will generate leads, obtain referrals, network with communities, and maintain touchpoints to ensure satisfaction.

The role requires occasional evenings and weekends, driving frequently, and the ability to complete an internal presentation certification within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Pass a company presentation certification within 30 days of hire.
• Evenings and weekends availability as required.
• Must be able to drive frequently and maintain valid license.
• Empathy, respect, and strong customer service skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and software usage.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and prospecting daily to drive sales.
