Job summary

Kittle's Furniture in Lafayette, IN is seeking a full-time sales associate for our Lafayette store. You will drive sales through excellent customer service, creative selling, and strong product knowledge across living room, bedroom, dining, and mattresses.

You'll build lasting customer relationships, stay informed on new furniture designs, and promote current offers and financing options. This role rewards performance with commission and a $1,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

About The Job

About You

• Proven experience in commission furniture sales or related field (experience in a commission-based role is a plus).
• Your drive helps you exceed performance goals and metrics.
• You want to challenge yourself with our bonus pay in addition to your commission pay.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of different styles, materials, and trends.
• $1,000 Sign on Bonus for full-time with excellent attendance and punctuality qualifications.
