Rooms To Go in Pineville, NC is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate. You will greet customers, uncover furnishing needs, and drive sales through a consultative approach.

You will build rapport, present financing and protection plans, and work with a team to reach goals. The position offers training, earnings potential from commissions, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred, but not required (will train the right candidate).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to use tablets and touch screens.
• Willing to work a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Anyone who has experience working directly with customers can be successful selling furniture at Rooms To Go, including servers, bartenders, retail salespeople, real estate professionals, flight attendants and anyone else in a service role.
