Boston Inc dba Furniture & Appliance Mart/Ashley in Oshkosh, WI is hiring a full-time Furniture Sales Professional. You will learn our products, guide customers to create welcoming rooms, and participate in a comprehensive training program designed to help you succeed.

This is a commission-based role with uncapped earnings potential and weekend availability. You’ll receive ongoing coaching, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for personal and professional growth within a nationally

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Willing to work weekends and most holidays.
• Excellent communication and customer relation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and discuss wants and needs.
• Assist customers in selecting furniture, accessories, and room layouts.
• Explain financing options and payment plans.
• Close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up to encourage repeat visits.
• Represent the store with integrity and professionalism.

What you will be doing each day:

• Warmly greet our customers and have a great conversation with them about their wants and needs.
• Help the customer create an amazing room to enjoy with their family and friends.
• Answer any questions the customer has about financing and payment plans.
• Close the sale and assure the customer is happy with their purchase.
• Invite the customer to come back and keep in touch.
• At all times be honest and demonstrate integrity in the sales process.
• Follow up with the customer to ensure they love their purchase.

What you should know about this role:

• This is a commission-based sales position, offering unlimited earning potential based on your performance
• Availability to work every weekend and most holidays is required

We are looking for individuals with:

• Previous successful experience in sales or customer service related positions preferred but not required
• Passion about doing a great job and making a great living
• Desire to have control over your earning ability
• Outgoing personality and ability to have some fun
• Confidence and desire to learn about the business through our training program
• Commitment in helping customers with the utmost integrity
